SHINE Property Maintenance is a bespoke cleaning and gardening company based in London. We specialise in high spec properties and housing, focussed on communal cleans, end of tenancy cleans, after builders cleans, as well as probate services. Our team work very closely with estate agents, managing agents and private clients all across London. We have diligently provided London the highest level of standards since 1998.

SHINE's inception stems from the desire to clean up the community. Having begun initially as a way of keeping the living space tidy for himself and his neighbours, Gary Short began to take on the role full time, and SHINE as we know it quickly followed to the considerable pleasure of hundreds of households throughout London.

Here at SHINE PM we pride ourselves on maintaining households, commerical buildings, gardens and more to the highest cleaning standards. Quality control is paramount to our brand, especially so during these trying times, and we take great pleasure in performing our role ardently and carefully. To this day our team at SHINE remains true to the ethos of quality over quantity, which sets us apart from the rest.
