Due to the bespoke nature of SHINE's services, we do not provide generic quotes. This includes for both facilities management as well as personal homes and gardens. We will have a quote arranged after visiting the household or facility as per our unique and personalised service which we have found is the fairest method for our customers. Payments can be taken via PayPal or through our business bank account.

Yes, all of our employees are not only fully insured, but qualified by management to ensure they uphold our proud quality and work ethic. Being a family run business provides reassurance that everyone in our team knows each other very well and therefore can hold one another accountable to their committment to top class work and ethics surrounding the job itself.

Do I need to provide cleaning products and/or materials for the SHINE team

No, all cleaning products and materials required will be provided by SHINE. This means that costs associated with equipment is already attributed to the price of the work. We do not add extra costs incurred like some competitors do.
How do SHINE price their services?

SHINE run a bespoke service. This means that every single contract we take on will have a unique price to best accommodate the client. We do not offer generic pricing like other companies and have found through experience that this best suits our customers individual requirements.
